2.3 Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to VancoFit Center. Monthly memberships can be cancelled with no penalty. Annual memberships require 30 days' written notice. Please contact us for cancellation procedures.

2.4 Liability Waiver

Members use all VancoFit Center facilities, equipment, and services at their own risk. VancoFit Center is not responsible for any injuries, illness, or damages that may occur while using our facilities. Members must consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program.

2.5 House Rules

All members agree to:

  • Dress appropriately for workouts
  • Wear clean athletic shoes in all areas except the pool
  • Wipe down equipment after use
  • Re-rack all weights and equipment
  • Respect quiet hours and facility noise policies
  • No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
  • No smoking or vaping on premises
  • No photography or recording without permission

2.6 Pricing and Billing

VancoFit Center reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Billing will continue automatically unless cancelled. You are responsible for maintaining current payment information on your account.

2.7 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VancoFit Center, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

2.8 Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VancoFit Center makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.9 Changes to Terms

VancoFit Center reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
